User Responsibilities & Conduct

You agree to use our services legally and responsibly. This includes maintaining a valid driver's license, adhering to all local traffic laws, and treating WikiDriveX property with care.

Vehicle Usage Policy

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received. Smoking and pets (unless in carriers) are strictly prohibited inside vehicles. Charging or refueling to the designated charging station is prohibited.

Insurance & Liability

WikiDriveX provides standard liability coverage for all rentals. However, users are responsible for the deductible amount in the event of an accident. We highly recommend reviewing your insurance policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the WikiDriveX platform, including logos, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of WikiDriveX or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is illegal.
